Job Description

Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection - Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.) - Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness - Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.) - Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website - Take ownership of all paid marketing initiatives across various platforms. - Lead the day-to-day relationship with platforms like Google, Facebook and others. - Regularly identify and act on growth and optimization opportunities in all campaigns. - Ensure proper data tracking by monitoring Google Analytics and resolving any Set-up gaps. - Plan, develop, and manage projects across full suite of digital marketing services (e.g., paid advertising, social media management etc.) - Assess and manage towards project schedule, scope, and budget - Brainstorm innovative marketing strategies for existing and prospective clients

Required Skill Sets

  • Tech savvy, Brand planning, Consumer initiatives & insights, market intelligence, Business model, and budget management across various geographies.
  • A strategic approach with the ability to see the - big picture- and interpret environmental and organizational changes and their impact on the organization
  • Strong business acumen with high EQ.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, & confidentiality.
  • Zeal of a Self-starter who can manage with limited supervision and direction as this person can operate and drive results and set priorities independently.
  • Superb time management, Multi-tasking, prioritization skills, and able to meet deadlines. The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and grow your skills and knowledge.
  • Keen attentionn to detail, and fanatically organized while working seamlessly with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong decision-making with an ownership mindset. Experience to lead with process and data, but are able to adapt when solving problems.
  • You take the initiative, are highly collaborative and always willing to support the team.

  • 2-6 years of relevant experience working in an active and dynamic workforce as part of a growing team. Good knowledge of Brand marketing, PR, Content Management, Digital and Performance marketing.
