Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager/Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing 360 Degree marketing campaigns that promote Imperium Digital Network Pvt Ltd and its telecom services. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving online traffic, improving conversion rates, and increasing brand awareness in the telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives in the telecom sector.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Create and manage a digital marketing budget.

Campaign Management & website Design

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising, & website designing
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Optimize user funnels and customer journey through targeted campaigns.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality content for various platforms (websites, blogs, social media, email, etc.).
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure timely publication.
  • Oversee the design and production of promotional materials tailored to the telecom industry.

SEO and SEM:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Manage SEM campaigns on Google, Bing, and other search engines.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize content and ad campaigns.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop social media strategies and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends and engagement metrics to optimize strategies.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Segment email lists and tailor campaigns to different customer personas.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and optimize for better results.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to monitor website traffic and user behavior.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and digital marketing ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to produce effective marketing materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta , HubSpot & other relevant platforms.
  • Good Knowledge about Analytics Tools, website design,
