The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Role & responsibilities
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inbound call processes within a customer service environment.- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
