Java Developer

As a Technical Lead in Java, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities: -

• Strong understanding of Object Oriented design methodologies and design patterns.
• Strong technical development experience on effectively writing code, best practices on configuration management and code refactoring.
• Facilitate peer reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and adherence to design principles.
• Drive the development of comprehensive solution architectures, ensuring alignment with project objectives and scalability.
• Lead the breakdown of tasks within the team, fostering collaboration and efficiency in project execution.
• Play an integral role in release management activities, ensuring smooth deployment and delivery of solutions.
• Very good algorithm and data structure skills.
• Proactively identify and address bugs, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and performance.
• Experience in Agile development techniques like Scrum and Test Driven development.
• Maintain and enforce rules and policies related to Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
• Assist in the preparation of release documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Lead discussions with customers to understand requirements and collaboratively develop optimal solutions.
• Oversee technical tasks related to ensuring the production readiness of solutions, including performance tuning and optimization.
• Coordinate and conduct UAT sessions with customers, soliciting and incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
• Strong team player and excellent communication skills with high level of customer service skills.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
