Full Stack Developer

This role involves deep development work, meaning you'll be coding from scratch, not just assembling pre-made code or packages. Your ability to quickly pick up new programming languages or underlying technologies within a week is essential, as we focus on adaptability and versatility in our tech stack.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Core Development: You'll be hands-on in the development process, from design to implementation. We expect you to contribute to brainstorming sessions and engage in technical discussions, ensuring the final product is both robust and efficient.
• Meeting Deadlines: Tight deadlines may require late nights or extra effort. We value commitment and the ability to push through challenges to meet our goals, especially during critical development phases.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Reliable, Accountable, and Trustworthy: We expect you to be a team player who can take responsibility for your work and deliver on promises.
• Understanding Requirements: You should be able to grasp software requirements based on wireframes or specifications and translate them into high-quality code.
• Command on Programming Languages: While mastery over any one base programming language (like C, C++, Python, GoLang, PHP) is desired, we value the ability to adapt to new languages quickly.
• Fondness for Pointers in C: If you are someone who appreciates the intricacies of C pointers, you'll fit right in.
• Technical Stack Familiarity: Experience with GoLang, PHP, Python, C, C++, Linux Shell and Scripting, HTML/CSS/JS is a plus. Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, Postgres, and experience with web servers like Apache or NGINX are desirable.
• Specialized Knowledge: If you have experience with machine learning tools (like TensorFlow, Keras), or understand multithreading, memory management, and file systems in Linux, thats an added advantage.
• Communication Skills: You should be able to communicate effectively with your team to ensure smooth progress on tasks and projects.
